Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to maximize output, productivity, and product quality while ensuring compliance with Dyson standards, regulations, and local policies.
  • •Build relationships with key partner stakeholders and establish operational competencies within contract manufacturers (CM/JDMs).
  • •Oversee end-to-end factory performance, championing operational excellence and compliance with CSER, health & safety, and ethical standards.
  • •Define, implement, and continuously improve operational KPIs (OTIF, quality, cost, yield, throughput) and lead due diligence for reporting, auditing, and analytics frameworks.
  • •Embed continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri; lead waste reduction, process optimization, and efficiency programs while developing direct and indirect teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ operations leadership experience in electronics or contract manufacturing, delivering in high-mix, complex environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Deep proficiency in world-class manufacturing methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri.
  • •Experience managing direct and indirect teams with strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • •Strong understanding of risk management, compliance (CSER, EHS), and process optimization in manufacturing operations.
