Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to maximize output, productivity, and product quality while ensuring compliance with Dyson standards, regulations, and local policies.
•Build relationships with key partner stakeholders and establish operational competencies within contract manufacturers (CM/JDMs).
•Oversee end-to-end factory performance, championing operational excellence and compliance with CSER, health & safety, and ethical standards.
•Define, implement, and continuously improve operational KPIs (OTIF, quality, cost, yield, throughput) and lead due diligence for reporting, auditing, and analytics frameworks.
•Embed continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri; lead waste reduction, process optimization, and efficiency programs while developing direct and indirect teams.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ operations leadership experience in electronics or contract manufacturing, delivering in high-mix, complex environments.
•Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
•Deep proficiency in world-class manufacturing methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri.
•Experience managing direct and indirect teams with strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
•Strong understanding of risk management, compliance (CSER, EHS), and process optimization in manufacturing operations.
