Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advocacy and support services for a portfolio of Health & Benefits claims (predominantly Group Salary Continuance insurance).
  • •Assist individuals with the initial claims triage and assistance navigating the claims process; support claimants throughout the claims process.
  • •Attend claims meetings with insurers and ensure appropriate claim and rehabilitation strategies are in place.
  • •Respond to client queries both email and by phone; ensure the system and client data is accurately saved and maintained.
  • •Broaden your insurance knowledge by working closely with our team experts within the Health & Benefits team; undertake ad-hoc projects when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in Group Life insurance for a Life insurer and/or consultant/broker or similar organisation.
  • •Superior levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • •Ability to manage multiple client engagements across a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • •Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, in-house designed databases).
  • •Superior time management and organisation skills with an ability to handle competing tasks.
