Engineer, Mine Planning

Deliver and control short-term mine plans aligned with the medium-term plan, including mine design requirements, load and haul scheduling, and production scheduling. Serve as the primary point of contact for planning load and haul operations, ensure equipment is applied optimally, issue mining control data for surveyors, and keep mining production personnel updated on changes. Lead and document procedures, support assistant mining engineers, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining health and safety practices.
