  • •Provide courteous, consistent client service by completing complex and standardized transactions while uncovering client needs and handling monies accurately.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online banking, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring to appropriate specialists or branch team members.

Key Requirements
