Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers across the Claude adoption journey from discovery to deployment.
  • •Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work, guiding integration into their existing technology stack.
  • •Develop evaluation frameworks for specific use cases (including Korean language use cases) and maintain knowledge of LLM implementation patterns.
  • •Create and deliver technical content for different audiences and coordinate internal teams to drive customer success.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in people management for technical sales roles.
