Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical success of GSI partners across onboarding, enablement, and scaled delivery of Devin/Windsurf
  • •Work directly with partner engineering and architecture teams to understand their delivery models, tooling, and customer use cases
  • •Enable partners to build repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures using Devin/Windsurf
  • •Lead technical trainings, workshops, and deep dives for partner teams (hands-on, not slideware)
  • •Support partner-led customer pilots and early production deployments, stepping in where complexity is highest
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in STEM field and a strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment
  • •Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits
  • •Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams (enterprise or services environments preferred)
  • •Strong communication skills; you can engage credibly and build relationships with senior partner leaders, architects, and executives
  • •High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when required
