Key Responsibilities

  • •Arrange freight pick-ups and coordinate dock activities for incoming stock, scrap, and parcel deliveries.
  • •Inspect incoming raw materials, process receipts in Oracle, tag inventory, and prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices).
  • •Perform inventory audits, enforce FIFO procedures, and resolve stock discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
  • •Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and carriers to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
  • •Load/unload trucks as part of dock and freight operations.
