Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models, AI applications, and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • •Develop generative AI and LLM/RAG solutions, including embedding generation, document chunking, retrieval/ranking, and response synthesis.
  • •Build and integrate AI solutions in the AWS ecosystem, using services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical challenges and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions from analysis through deployment and productization.
  • •Apply secure and responsible AI practices, including secure API design, data protection, and validation of AI-generated outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years of overall software development experience, including 3+ years hands-on with machine learning or AI application development delivering production-grade solutions.
  • •Strong Python skills with API development experience using FastAPI or Flask; backend experience in C# or Java is an advantage.
  • •Hands-on AWS experience (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, S3) and practical generative AI/Large Language Model development with RAG.
  • •Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, or OpenSearch) plus embedding, chunking, retrieval/ranking, and prompt engineering; familiarity with cloud security and DevOps practices.
