Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update inventory records in the system.
  • •Assist with cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies; track stock levels and alert supervisors of low inventory.
  • •Enter and verify purchase orders, sales orders, and shipping documents; coordinate with vendors and internal departments to track order status.
  • •Prepare outgoing shipping materials and support receiving by logging incoming shipments and verifying quantities against purchase orders.
  • •Maintain supply chain records (invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders) and respond to internal/vendor inquiries about order status and inventory availability.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or coursework in supply chain or business administration is a plus.
  • •1-2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or supply chain support roles.
  • •Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for managing inventory and order records.
  • •Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
