Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, following required safety and driving policies.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles maintain safe-to-drive condition.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Maintain compliance with state-specific requirements for DMV/title and registration system access and relevant licensing/notary processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires frequent driving with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, plus ability to carry/lift/push/pull 50 lbs.
  • •Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain a Notary within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana).
