Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, loading/unloading and inspecting vehicles to ensure they’re safe to drive. Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes to the customer tracking system, while maintaining a clean driving record in line with CMV Driver Qualification policies. The role includes a shift from 11am–9pm with availability 7 days a week, plus performance-based pay growth and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers, following required safety and driving policies.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles onto haulers and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles maintain safe-to-drive condition.
•Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Maintain compliance with state-specific requirements for DMV/title and registration system access and relevant licensing/notary processes.

•Requires frequent driving with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, plus ability to carry/lift/push/pull 50 lbs.
•Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain a Notary within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana).
