Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and control traffic management devices (CCTV, Dynamic Message Signs, etc.) across Davidson County highways.
  • •Detect and report incidents, dispatch service patrols, assist first responders, and notify the public.

  • •Create and submit work orders for equipment failures or malfunctions.
  • •Use software to control ITS field devices, monitor traffic flow, perform data analysis, and ensure accurate logs and reports.
