Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, managing scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes.
  • •Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and performance indicators.
  • •Coordinate multiple workstreams across documentation platforms, systems, and delivery models.
  • •Identify dependencies, proactively manage risks, and support data-informed decision-making.
  • •Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements; align content, engineering, UX, and IT stakeholders; drive tool adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in program management, business analysis, or requirements development within a technical environment.
  • •Ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements.
  • •Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to build alignment across teams and partners.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise content management systems or documentation platforms, plus exposure to data-driven, automation, or AI-enabled technologies.
