Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver a defined business project within the Finance and Accounting department for the duration of the internship.
  • •Collaborate with finance divisions (e.g., Brand/Region/Global Business Divisions, Corporate FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance) to gain cross-functional exposure.
  • •Partner with teams across the organization to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
  • •Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to build finance knowledge and management abilities.
  • •Potentially secure a full-time role following successful completion of the internship.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student with less than 1–2 years to graduate.
  • •Available to start Aug 15 or Sept 1, 2026 and commit to a full-time internship (3 days on-site, 2 days remote, 8 hours per day).
  • •Demonstrated leadership and collaboration experience with groups or teams.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to derive insights from data to support business decisions.
  • •Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, global environment and be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
