Key Responsibilities

•Own and deliver a defined business project within the Finance and Accounting department for the duration of the internship.
•Collaborate with finance divisions (e.g., Brand/Region/Global Business Divisions, Corporate FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance) to gain cross-functional exposure.
•Partner with teams across the organization to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
•Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to build finance knowledge and management abilities.
•Potentially secure a full-time role following successful completion of the internship.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student with less than 1–2 years to graduate.
•Available to start Aug 15 or Sept 1, 2026 and commit to a full-time internship (3 days on-site, 2 days remote, 8 hours per day).
•Demonstrated leadership and collaboration experience with groups or teams.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to derive insights from data to support business decisions.
•Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, global environment and be legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
