Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and validate robust test processes for LAVS 3.0 New Product Development activities (Group B onwards).
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing test procedures to ensure product compliance with design and customer requirements.
  • •Support production readiness by ensuring test equipment, processes, and documentation are available prior to product launch.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to review product requirements and translate them into effective test solutions.
  • •Analyze test data to improve FPY and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis tools while adhering to EHS practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, or Process Engineering.
  • •Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), product launch, or manufacturing deployment activities.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing test processes including ATP testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
  • •Experience analyzing test data, improving FPY, and implementing corrective actions.
