Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with new client onboarding, including determining required paperwork by investment and account type and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • •Provide ongoing client service: client calls, transaction processing, accurate recording in Mosaic, inquiry response/research, and account maintenance.
  • •Process deposits and withdrawals for existing accounts, including expediting wire transfers, distributions, withdrawals, ACATs, portfolio rebalancing, and redemption requests.
  • •Generate client proposals in coordination with relationship managers and/or asset managers and support special projects for the VP/Operations Manager.
  • •Maintain expertise across investment platforms and custodian/broker-dealer technology, supporting integrated client account reporting and escalating complex requests when needed.
