Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end procurement transformation projects from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
•Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
•Manage cross-functional teams across Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, and external partners.
•Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and procurement technology implementations.
•Facilitate governance meetings and executive reviews; monitor risks/issues/dependencies and measure outcomes using KPIs and benefits realization.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading medium-to-large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
•Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement operations.
•Experience working with SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, or other procurement platforms.
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
•8–12+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supply chain, or business transformation.
