Job Summary

Manage fiat deposits and withdrawals and oversee end-to-end payment operations, including daily settlements and reconciliations between the exchange system and bank accounts. Resolve customer inquiries and investigate exceptional settlement items in coordination with cross-functional teams and banking partners. Support performance reporting with actionable metrics, assist the accounting team with payment-related reconciliations, and improve settlement operations through automation and testing new product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage customers’ fiat currency deposits and withdrawals, overseeing transfers into and out of the exchange.
•Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
•Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing.
•Analyze exceptional settlement items and coordinate with cross-functional teams and banking partners to resolve issues.
•Support settlement operations improvements (automation and performance reporting) and assist accounting with reconciliations/payment-related activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•5–7 years of experience in fiat operations, preferably in crypto, banking, payment services, or fintech.
•Proficiency in financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure (familiarity with MAS regulations is a plus).
