Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customers’ fiat currency deposits and withdrawals, overseeing transfers into and out of the exchange.
  • •Reconcile daily fiat balances between the exchange system and bank accounts.
  • •Resolve customer inquiries related to payment processing.
  • •Analyze exceptional settlement items and coordinate with cross-functional teams and banking partners to resolve issues.

Key Requirements
