The Operations Lead drives profitability and efficiency in the Florence store, partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to optimize inventory, floor operations, and guest experience. You’ll lead inventory accuracy, oversee shipments and floor replenishment, and mentor store staff to deliver high-performance store operations and a best-in-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead inventory management processes and maximize inventory accuracy while reducing shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensure safety and stockroom efficiency.
•Move on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests; oversee Operations Associates and drive talent development.

Key Requirements

•Inventory management experience with a focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
•Ability to investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with leadership to address process or system gaps.
•Experience managing shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and floor replenishment to support sales.
•Strong visual merchandising and stockroom standards to maintain product presentation and safety.
•Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to recruit, develop, and provide performance feedback to a retail team.
