Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform picking, packing, and shipping duties for internal and external orders with 100% accuracy.
  • •Load and unload trucks throughout the day and perform product counts as needed to ensure accuracy.
  • •Adhere to warehouse SOPs, work instruction guidelines, and safety policies including PPE requirements.
  • •Attend daily pre-shift meetings to review internal communications, expectations, goals, KPIs, and safety topics.
  • •Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain operations as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of work experience.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent); a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

  • •Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally, with strong communication and attention to detail.
  • •Willingness to work until the end of shift and meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
