Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete appropriate documentation and paperwork, including composing correspondence and handling routine/non-routine items.
  • •Generate and distribute monthly/weekly reports, and update weekly, monthly, and annual budget reports with periodic operations reporting numbers.
  • •Enter and code invoices and expense reports in the PAWS2 System, and initiate AFE’s as needed.
  • •Track requisitions and purchase orders, manage inventory workflow (ordering, receiving, invoicing, stock tags, inventory audits, and document management).
  • •Maintain and assist with monthly financial forecasting for projects, labor, and operational costs; support scheduling and coordination of departmental meetings and special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree with two years of office, clerical, and data analysis experience (or equivalent).
  • •Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), including building data analysis spreadsheets.
  • •Strong analytical skills with good verbal and written communication.
  • •Advanced math skills (addition, subtraction, decimals, etc.).
  • •Ability to organize and prioritize daily work while maintaining strict confidentiality and collaborating with internal teams and external clients/vendors.
