•Manage accounts for TikTok top creators/KOLs/celebs in Thailand for the TikTok Shop e-commerce program.
•Maintain and cultivate creator growth toward performance goals and improve content for live streaming and short video.
•Measure and analyze creator performance against key metrics to drive operational and process improvements.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve greater platform impact.
•Strategically plan and analyze partnership models beneficial for creators and the platform.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Thai.
•Over 5 years of experience managing KOLs/Top Creators/Celebs, including social media, talent management, and/or MCN.
