Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer inquiries from internal associates and business partners professionally and act as a liaison between financial advisors and PWM support teams.
  • •Assist the branch’s social media strategy (e.g., LinkedIn, Website, X).
  • •Maintain the CRM system for financial advisor(s) and support client relationship activities through mailings, reporting, and e-mail tracking.
  • •Coordinate branch administrative operations including check deposits, Broker of the Day call log tracking, vendor luncheons, and maintaining conference rooms and supplies.
  • •Process incoming/outgoing mail and handle compliance/document logging tasks, including copying/faxing/filing materials and supporting daily reports as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required.
  • •1+ years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in financial services.
  • •Strong technology aptitude and ability to adopt new tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Excellent verbal communication and telephone/client service skills.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn PWM technology platforms such as Thomson ONE, Albridge, Envestnet, CRM, Money Guide Pro, and Liquid Office.
