Key Responsibilities

•Establish and implement a vision for freelance and vendor operations at the intersection of content systems and AI integration; define success, set roadmaps, and use AI/automation to deliver learning content at scale while maintaining educational excellence.
•Design durable, tech-forward workflows that replace manual coordination with self-service tooling: centralized contractor management, self-serve task assignment, and structured QC/feedback loops.
•Identify the critical resources for scaling initiatives to succeed, both in terms of people and technology, and drive prioritization.
•Manage a team of program managers and ensure effective execution of scaling initiatives across functions.
•Partner with engineering, product management, content development, and executive leadership to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 163,200 - 244,800 annually

•People management experience; demonstrated success hiring and developing a team of program management staff.
•Program management experience with strong operational leadership, including large-scale programs or building/scaling processes from the ground up.
•Excellent collaboration skills; ability to partner with engineering, product management, content development, and executive leadership to ensure alignment.
•Tooling strategy experience; curiosity about new technologies and ability to define roadmaps to increase efficiency with automation; opinionated about build vs buy tooling.
•Strong communication skills, in English, both verbal and written.
