Deliver a high-end, personalized luxury shopping experience at Damiani’s Galería Canalejas boutique in Madrid. Build lasting relationships with local and international clients through clienteling and CRM activities, and achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs. Present and sell fine jewelry and luxury timepieces, provide tailored product recommendations, support after-sales follow-up, and uphold visual merchandising and inventory standards in collaboration with the boutique team.

•Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

•Fluency in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
•Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
