Job Summary

Build and deploy site-specific software for healthcare customers, ensuring solutions meet project specifications and are delivered according to requirements. Work with clients and business analysts on enhancements and new or modified reports, and support implementation with project teams. Develop technical customizations (e.g., JavaScript-based interfaces, reports, data migration, upgrades), troubleshoot and analyze performance issues, and provide technical support, training, documentation, and extended 24/7 support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with clients and business analysts on ongoing enhancement requests and new or modified reports.
•Advise and assist project managers during implementation, and resolve acceptance issues before and after go-live.
•Develop and provide technical support for software customizations including JavaScript, interfaces, reports, extracts, data migration, upgrades, and conversions.
•Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis, and support testing of InterSystems utilities (e.g., patching/version control/data migration/print services).
•Participate in on-site technical implementations and the 24-hour extended support period; produce technical documentation and provide technical training as needed.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience.
•Knowledge of web-oriented languages, including JavaScript and HTML.
•Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, PHP, or Python.
•Experience with SQL, data modeling, data analysis, and database methodologies.
•Experience integrating health information systems; ideally HL7 / FHIR framework experience.
