Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor flight progress using Crew Watch, LOFDS, and Screen Printer to ensure complete crew coverage.
  • •Operate reporting and messaging tools including Control Panel, CorpConneX, and the Fatigue Event Management system.
  • •Coordinate with IOC personnel to maintain system-wide coverage across all flights, including Pilot and Flight Attendant scheduling.
  • •Modify existing crew sequences and create new sequences for misconnections, illegalities, cancellations, and irregular operations.
  • •Communicate with crew members using the Voxai phone system and assist with training and operational employees as needed.
