•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Follow Crocs policies including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
•A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from the backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions and enter information on computer/register screens.
