Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and/or test electrical/electronic components and systems for semiconductor product manufacturing (GPUs, CPUs, and/or SoCs).
  • •Manage product activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life.
  • •Create and execute end-to-end characterization test plans and identify test flow coverage gaps pre-silicon.
  • •Lead cross-discipline debug post-silicon and analyze characterization and yield data to optimize test flow for cost and quality.
  • •Apply engineering principles and tools to support design, development, and testing of AMD products throughout the product lifecycle (including modifications and maintenance).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,100 - 195,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • •3 years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering occupation (or Bachelor’s + 5 years as an alternate).
  • •Hands-on programming experience with C, C++, R, or Python scripting.
  • •Experience with data analysis using JMP and SQL.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication/device physics and electrical failure analysis (EFA), including performing characterization and yield data analysis.
