Job Summary

Monitor mobile core and roaming performance KPIs and network alarms to maintain maximum availability. Provide 24x7 first-level SOC support, perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance, and manage alarm handling on core nodes. Investigate and troubleshoot raised alarms, open cases with appropriate severity, escalate and coordinate with L2 support, and generate reports for network operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor mobile core network and roaming KPIs to detect degradation and ensure availability.
•Perform network surveillance, fault rectification, and troubleshooting for raised alarms on core nodes.
•Carry out routine network checks, health checks, preventive maintenance, and network alarm management.
•Report and monitor CS/vIMS/EPC/vEPC and SPS/VAS KPIs, and open cases with suitable severity for new alarms.
•Escalate to L2 support, coordinate follow-up, and generate/update reports relevant to network operations and maintenance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum B.Eng in Electronics/Telecom Engineering, preferably with an M.Eng or M.S. from a reputable university.
•Minimum 2 years of experience working in SOC Roaming.
•Good understanding of CS/vIMS/EPC/vEPC KPIs.
•Good understanding of SPS/VAS KPIs.
•Must be able to work in a 24 x 7 x 365 environment.
