Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client/prospect business strategy, portfolio dynamics, and management practices and crafting value-added solutions.
  • •Educate clients on Key’s product platform and coordinate introductions to product partners.
  • •Structure and lead credit and non-credit product delivery while maximizing risk-adjusted returns and mitigating risks.
  • •Proactively manage the portfolio to maximize profitability and ensure strong asset quality, including issue resolution and loan risk rating assessment.
  • •Develop relationship strategies for retention, growth, acquisition, and occasional exits, and coach/mentor team members.

Key Requirements
