Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle supplier complaints globally, evaluating supplier quality and performance.
  • •Identify root causes of insufficient component quality and work with suppliers on corrective actions (8D) and continuous improvement.
  • •Perform system audits within the integrated management system (IMS).
  • •Understand supplier manufacturing and non-manufacturing processes and their impacts on component quality.
  • •Participate in sampling and approving components for production and collaborate with engineering and quality teams (metrology lab, incoming inspection, blocking warehouse).
