Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-create and align director schemas with business and strategic goals, ensuring coherence with IT strategy and governance.
  • •Define IT governance models adapted to organizations and guide their implementation across client environments.
  • •Identify organizational impacts and support change management to enable transformation trajectories (projects or products).
  • •Propose innovative, durable and operational solutions that can be deployed in client contexts.
  • •Lead complex missions in multi-actor environments (public/private) and coordinate with CxO-level stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of 7+ years in consulting for IT transformation, urbanisation, or Schéma Directeur; proven ability to lead complex missions in multi-stakeholder environments (public/private).
  • •Master's degree or equivalent (engineering, business school or Master 2 in SI).
  • •Strong mastery of strategic framing methodologies, IT diagnostic, and construction of transformation trajectories.
  • •Ability to lead co-construction workshops with CxOs and to translate SI issues for diverse audiences.
  • •Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
