Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to ship and project management stakeholders, including ship manager diary management.
  • •Coordinate reporting, scheduling, document management, action tracking, stakeholder engagement, and logistics to ensure deliverables are achieved.
  • •Act as primary point of contact between facilities and building stakeholders for works, upgrades, access requirements, and other site-related activities.
  • •Manage onboarding and induction for new team members, including system access, equipment, documentation, compliance requirements, and liaison with security.
  • •Raise purchase orders and coordinate overtime; identify opportunities to streamline administrative systems, processes, and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a similar operations/administration coordination role.
  • •Strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • •Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
