  • •Own sourcing for everything required for a new site to go live, including site services, temporary power and water, security, waste, and facilities support.
  • •Build a site readiness sourcing playbook so new sites procure their full service stack in weeks, not months.
  • •Negotiate regional and multi-site agreements that new sites inherit on day one.
  • •Coordinate need-by dates with construction and operations to ensure no service gap ever idles a site.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have sourced site services or indirect categories for multi-site industrial operations.
  • •Have stood up procurement for a greenfield site and know key categories that are often overlooked.
  • •Build playbooks that make the second site faster than the first.
  • •Negotiate rate cards that hold across geographies.
  • •Bonus: Experience with data center or construction site services, utility coordination, security services contracting, and/or facilities management agreements.
