Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects to the right quality standards, efficiently, and on time.
  • •Support establishing project governance, processes, and systems used throughout the project.
  • •Ensure key information and data are effectively shared, retained, and maintained in issues/actions logs.
  • •Help develop detailed project plans, attend status meetings, and follow up on completion status and close-out of open items.
  • •Contribute to monthly reporting and prepare reports for multiple audiences, and assist with proposal preparation and variations.

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional experience in project controls or administration.
  • •BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience working in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
  • •Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Expertise with Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel.
