Senior Data Scientist

Translate complex healthcare and product data into clear, actionable insights that shape business strategy and outcomes. Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to define trusted metrics, improve data integrity, and optimize operational workflows. Build and evolve an analytical foundation (event instrumentation, metric frameworks, and self-serve analytics), communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences, and mentor analysts to raise analytical rigor across the organization.
