Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the delivery-model strategy and routing framework for implementations delivered in-house or through SI partners.
  • •Build capacity models mapping implementation demand to in-house bandwidth and partner throughput, grounding routing in real availability.
  • •Develop implementation health signals and reporting to surface slippage early and enable leadership intervention.
  • •Document the implementation delivery playbook, quality benchmarks, milestones, escalation triggers, and end-to-end standards.
  • •Design cross-functional process seams across handoffs and track partner quality and time-to-value performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in RevOps, strategy consulting, business operations, or a similarly analytical cross-functional role, building models and frameworks from scratch.
  • •Strong data skills: pull from multiple sources, create defensible assumptions, and own reporting infrastructure (hands-on analytical build).
  • •Systems-minded and process-oriented: comfortable owning tooling decisions and designing scalable frameworks.
  • •Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to automate workflows and accelerate analysis and reporting infrastructure.
  • •Track record building process and structure where it didn’t fully exist, with the ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority.
