Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, coach and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets while delivering exemplary Pandora customer service.
  • •Oversee retail operations in-store including stock control, store procedures, team organization, and sales performance.
  • •Ensure the store runs smoothly in the absence of the Store Manager and maintain operational excellence.
  • •Maintain a strong floor presence and influence the sales space to drive results.
  • •Be trained in Pandora products to become a product expert and develop the store team.
