Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate resources, action plans, and priorities to meet strategic and operational business objectives.
  • •Manage new launch projects for capacity expansion and process transfers between sites, including applicable phases.
  • •Ensure safe, standardized, and capable manufacturing processes that meet operational requirements.
  • •Guarantee compliance with corporate policies, procedures, processes, and standards, delivering required process documentation.
  • •Develop and coach the advanced engineering team using Eaton’s culture model; support cost-benefit analyses and technology implementation initiatives (Industry 4.0).

Key Requirements

  • •B.S./Engineering degree completed in Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Processes, Automation, or related fields.
  • •2 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing new-launch projects.
  • •Experience in the electrical/electronics, automotive, medical, or aerospace products industry.
  • •Strategic and tactical leadership with teams and working groups.
  • •Experience developing technical specifications using standard documents such as SOW, RFQ, and T-Spec, plus familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, PFD, PCP, MSA, SPC).
