Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as full commercial and operational owner of the UK market, managing country P&L pipeline, bookings, revenue, and net revenue retention.
  • •Define and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned to regulatory environment, buying dynamics, and target verticals.
  • •Source, qualify, and close enterprise deals end-to-end, managing pipeline of $500K–$5M+ opportunities and navigating complex procurement.
  • •Drive customer success and expansion by partnering with deployment to move customers from pilot to full production and owning customer health metrics.
  • •Recruit, lead, and develop the in-country team and represent AppliedAI in industry, regulator, and government forums while providing market intelligence to product and GTM leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •At least prior experience in a senior commercial or country leadership role owning go-to-market and results.
  • •Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software/technology deals in regulated verticals (banking, healthcare, insurance, energy, or government).
  • •Experience building and scaling teams from the ground up in a high-growth, resource-constrained environment.
  • •Strong enterprise AI/workflow automation background (e.g., intelligent document processing, BPO transformation, or RPA) is valued.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
