Key Responsibilities

  • •Create pre-release, user, and technical client documentation along with other assigned content.
  • •Analyze and translate technical and functional designs into user-friendly client material.
  • •Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand products and documentation needs.
  • •Create release notes, implementation guides, online help, knowledge-base articles, and API documentation (where applicable).
  • •Research and analyze new features and enhancements to determine documentation impacts and required client communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communications, Professional Writing, or Journalism.
  • •3+ years of relevant technical writing experience in the financial services industry.
  • •Knowledge of the Microsoft Style Guide and experience with department writing standards.
  • •Experience with Adobe FrameMaker/Acrobat, Madcap Flare, SnagIT, GitHub, Microsoft Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, and HTML.
  • •Experience managing multiple documentation deliverables across concurrent projects and releases.
