Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay ahead of beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment while following company policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.85 - 23.55 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Quick learner who can absorb and share product knowledge, and is physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
