Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the branch, splitting time between client servicing and transaction support while engaging clients in proactive conversations to uncover needs. Process financial service transactions accurately, handle more complex servicing issues, and provide tailored financial wellness recommendations. Partner with branch leadership and teammates to prioritize high-impact work, support client acquisition, and consistently meet activity and outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide an excellent client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing the impact on day-to-day needs.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Serve as a resource for resolving more complex client servicing issues.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate while providing tailored recommendations.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance a cash drawer within guidelines, and support branch activities such as morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience).
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources using tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience with cash handling.
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
