Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide an excellent client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing the impact on day-to-day needs.
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Serve as a resource for resolving more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate while providing tailored recommendations.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance a cash drawer within guidelines, and support branch activities such as morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources using tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience with cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
