Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and execution of new office builds, construction, and reconfigurations across global temporary and leased spaces.
  • •Develop, maintain, and implement workplace design and graphic standards across all office locations.
  • •Collaborate with local Workplace leads to ensure design alignment and support seamless office expansion and end-user satisfaction.
  • •Oversee design-related purchasing, including global furniture vendor management, quotes, and procurement.
  • •Manage project budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), billing, and annual financial tracking, including space planning analytics and occupancy projections.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8+ years of experience in space planning, interior design, and project management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related technical field.
  • •Proven proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with SketchUp or OfficeSpace is a plus.
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight schedules.
