Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform DRY production technology work while completing safety training and following Micron safety policies.
  • •Drive improvements in yield, quality management systems, and productivity within the DRY group.
  • •Support the introduction and modification of new state-of-the-art equipment to improve production planning.
  • •During new product introduction, identify product and production-technology issues and work with related teams to enable mass production.
  • •Coordinate with equipment/process engineers and shift technicians to lead improvement activities, report progress to managers and stakeholders, and participate in knowledge exchange with overseas production sites to advance standardization.
