Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure an engagement framework with the regulator (CST) and maintain ongoing regulatory communication with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • •Identify, manage, and mitigate regulatory compliance risks by working with management and staff.
  • •Support creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to meet applicable regulations.
  • •Maintain compliance recordkeeping, internal controls evaluation, and gap analysis, including action plans for audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • •Organize compliance training sessions, apply for compliance certification and regulatory approvals, and remediate audit findings through periodic reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on 3+ years of experience as a compliance analyst or specialist in an enterprise-level organization.
  • •Strong experience reviewing and drafting policies and documentation in both Arabic and English.
  • •Experience with international standards and local regulatory requirements related to telecommunications, data protection, and data localization.
  • •Higher Education/Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology or Management field.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to plan, manage, and complete projects aligned to stakeholders and strategic objectives.
