Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims, including complex matters from notification through to resolution.
  • •Provide technical guidance and act as a senior referral point within the Workers Compensation team.
  • •Partner with legal and rehabilitation providers to achieve best claims outcomes.
  • •Support injured workers, customers, brokers, and employers to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
  • •Ensure claims activities comply with governance, regulatory, and quality requirements, while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing Workers Compensation claims, ideally within the WA market.
  • •Strong technical claims capability handling complex or litigated claims.
