Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive 2–3 highest-priority infrastructure programs while building the team
  • •Run programs end-to-end, including datacenter timelines, capacity scaling plans, migrations, and cross-team reliability efforts
  • •Build processes and playbooks by iterating on what works and codifying it for the team
  • •Coach and develop TPMs, transition programs to the team, and grow hiring by defining roles and closing candidates
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally and provide portfolio visibility on status, risks, dependencies, and resource needs

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in technical program management, with 7+ years directly managing TPMs
  • •Experience building a team or function from scratch and knowing how to define roles as you scale
  • •Scaled TPM teams in rapidly growing, fast-moving environments
  • •Experience across physical and software infrastructure (datacenters, networking, distributed systems, cloud platforms, developer tooling)
