Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive inbound calls from retirement plan participants and provide plan-specific education and guidance.
  • •Initiate calls to targeted participants to discuss contribution levels and encourage appropriate increases in deferrals.
  • •Complete participant account reviews to analyze risk and advise on asset allocation options; may offer additional services such as ProAccount.
  • •Calculate retirement projections and provide counsel based on requested results.
  • •Advise field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors on retirement plan expertise and recommendations to support business goals within assigned territory(s).

Key Requirements

  • •FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 licenses, and a Life and Health license are required for the position.
  • •Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred and highly valued).
  • •Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales driven position; sales call center environment and financial services background preferred.
  • •In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, with defined contribution plans knowledge preferred.
  • •Drive for results and proven consultative selling/advising skills, with strong time management, organization, and communication abilities.
