Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical enablement for a global partner ecosystem by designing and delivering hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and summits. Build lab environments, create lab guides and technical playbooks across product families, and maintain technical LMS content in Docebo for CDP 2.0 certifications. Partner with Channel Sales and Product teams to translate the roadmap into partner-ready training, measure event-to-pipeline impact, and drive partner certification outcomes across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of technical workshops, bootcamps, and summits across NA, EMEA, and ANZ.
•Coordinate workshop staffing, instructor resources, and logistics for 20+ major events per year.
•Lead the Lunch & Learn roadshow series across 18 NA cities.
•Set up and maintain hands-on lab environments for live training events and develop lab guides with subject-matter experts.
•Maintain technical LMS content in Docebo, deliver Capstone grading/validation for CDP 2.0 tracks, and run bi-annual recertification.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical training role.
•Hands-on experience with UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communications platforms (Dialpad product knowledge is a plus).
•Proven ability to teach and facilitate complex technical concepts to mixed-skill audiences.
•Experience building and running lab environments for training or certification programs.
•Excellent project management skills to run a multi-city event calendar and drive outcomes (pipeline attribution, surveys, certification completion).
